Bonnie was fine. Overall communication was lacking. Car had garbage in driver side. All tires low. I spent 2 months there and $1750. Not what I would recommend for any friends to experience. Can’t shoot the messenger- Bonnie - did her best. Overall thumbs down. Actually may use my experience in some classes I teach. Glad it is hopefully fixed

Your staff was very rude when we brought in our tire. They refused to look into the extended warranty that we purchased. We had to call Bismarck and after Bismarck told us we were covered, your staff would not even talk to us. Your staff also serviced our vehicle previously and over filled the oil. They had to drain and refill on this visit. Unless it is an emergency, we will NOT be using your service. We would rather give out business and money to Bozeman or Bismarck.

Replacing O2 sensor. My appointment was at 4p, I dropped it off early at 8:30a to get it out of the way while I’m at work. Almost 2 hours later I receive a call from Bonnie that is ready for pick up. So, thank you. On side note, when I received call from Bonnie on Friday, 1/17 that part was in. I was very excited, and my original service date was 1/21 at 8:30am. I went online and 4pm on 1/20 was available. So, customers need all options and not what is convenient for the shop.
