I was left stranded by the service person, Merle. I was very clear about the fact that I was scheduled to 6pm and that I live in my car. When Merle took me to work after I dropped my car off to get it serviced. When my work was done, I called UnderRiner Ford to get a ride and had to leave a message. I left 2 more messages. So, I was stranded. All my medication is in my car. All my clothes are in my car, my food is in my car. I have a mental health disability. I suffer from depression and anxiety, I had nowhere to go to sleep! I could not pick up my dog and I eventually had a neeaaa. As hi

As always, Mearl is fantastic. He got my vehicle checked in an hour before opening because I needed my car to take a family road trip. My boyfriend’s dad has things happening with his memory, so it was important that we make the trip to Whidbey Island to see his dad’s side of the family with him. Thank you!!

Mearl makes the customer experience stellar! From the first call to walking out, he truly cares about the customer. The Nissan service center is a nice and quiet place to wait, it is a shame the business management has chosen to merge the Nissan Service center with Fords next door.

Service/recall part replacement seemed fine. The next day I tried to turn the radio on, since they apparently shut it off for the service, and it powers up, but sound comes out! No matter what I tried, it was a no-go... Brent L
