I have never had a new car or near new and I want to have this car for many years to come.

When we called to schedule the appointment, there were 4 issues I wanted addressed. Only 1 issue was written down. I told them that we have an extended warranty and he never called the warranty company until AFTER we questioned the guy. We were charged for driving our vehicle and told he couldn't get the vehicle to replicate the issue but every single time I started the vehicle it would make the same misfire sound and the ticking/knocking noise was made when accelerating. I asked for them to please do the fuel injection cleaning and was charged $225 PLUS the diagnostic fee to drive my car up the hill and say no there is nothing wrong. I feel that the service and treatment we received was completely inadequate and that we were somewhat taken advantage of. I will not be returning to Nissan dealership in The Dalles even though it's closer and WAY WAY more convenient. I will take an entire day off work to drive to Portland.
