Megan went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience. It was raining very hard and she even took the time to pull my vehicle under cover so I wouldn’t get the lesson plan materials I brought to work on while I was waiting wet! She did that on her own and I really appreciated the extra car! Thanks Megan!

You were unable to fix our tailgate closing problem. We have to go elsewhere and have to wait until the end of January.

I feel as though I was extremely overcharged and there was absolutely no reason for me to wait five hours when I had an appointment scheduled and the services provided should’ve taken maybe two hours maximum. I don’t know what happened there but I wasn’t very happy. I ended up needing to ask someone when my car would be ready, just to see that my car had been sitting there for I don’t know how long. I don’t think it had anything to do with Megan, her customer service was wonderful. I don’t think I will be returning though after this experience.
