The $85 fee to power wash the engine compartment was excessive and incomplete as several leaves and acorns were still evident in one recessed area. My point is if I could easily it why was it overlooked by the technician. Lastly the $220 diagnostic fee to find and unplug the drains in the sunroof was quite high. Sway bars with leaking boots and some throttle body were replaced. My total bill today was $1079 after a discount. Such a deal I think not. I have been a Toyota customer at this dealership for over 25 years and may rethink my next purchase.

I specifically requested that the service shop adjust tire pressure accordingly after tire rotation as front and rear tire pressure requirements are not the same. I heard “service will go based on the sticker on the door” to which I said if they did each time I brought the car in, I would not have to ask. Sure enough the tire pressures are not correct after rotation. This is never done right after rotation. This is a minor thing - how can the shop be trusted with larger service needs?!

Patrick did a great job of getting me in for service for my blowout - getting a matching tire and checking on the warranty for my tires.
