The only concern I had was I had an appointment and was going to wait on it and it took 4 hours for just a battery replacement. Why schedule appointments if you don’t have staff to fill.

I have to go back to get the sticker right. This is not the first time ether, the last time I had the Lexus serviced and after I got home that’s hen. Noticed that it was wrong. Why can’t they get it right the first time? This makes me leary about the job they’ve done to my I my car.

I’ve been unable to get someone in the service department to call me back. There is apparently some problem with the Zurich Warranty claim. The parts department calls me about every two weeks asking when I want to schedule the seat motor replaced. I tell them each time that I’m waiting on someone from the service department to call me back. They are supposed to follow up with the service departmen to call me backt, but I never get a call back. I just received the survey message today and this is the only response I have received from the service department in 6 weeks.

I was estimated 3 hours for a recall and oil change. It took over 4 hours. It would be nice if the time estimate was a little more accurate. The actual service was great though.
