Everything was great but I do think it was very pricey for what seems like a simple diagnostic and installation.

Very pleased to have Sean work on my truck. There was already a car in the bay when I got there but I hardly waited before mine was done. I appreciated the technical breakdown of the inspection and the upbeat attitude. Give this guy a raise.

I was waiting in the waiting room And no one came to tell me the results of my vehicle. I found out 1/2 hour later when I happened to look at my email and found the results there. I also was not given the option to keep my old in ok condition battery. Also from no charge to me, came out to an over $200 fee. My bill was not explained to me either.
