Service technicians did not refresh the diamond fusion on the windshield. The car wash was not in service, which is not their fault, but the car needed a car wash.
He was efficient and answered my questions.

This has nothing to do with Mallory, she did an excellent job.
I was disappointed that there was no information given to me prior to my appointment on how long the service would take. I wasn’t given any options (drop off, wait, shuttle, loaner) when I scheduled the service. Luckily I had family able to pick me up, otherwise I would have been waiting for 6 hours. Any estimate prior to the appointment would have been helpful for planning.

I think the USPS mail on the front passenger seat of my car was moved by the crew. I can’t seem to find the stack in my car. It was a stack including a seed catalog, utility bill, several envelope of junk mail. I left a message and have not heard back.
Everything with Justin has been great. He did a great job explaining everything and keeping me posted. The only thing that was frustrating was that I called Smart Motors to create my appointment initially, I had confirmation texts, and when I went in it was a debacle because no one had any record of my appointment. I’m happy I was still accommodated but I ended up up having to use PTO for work because I was late as a result of the mixup since it caused at least a 40 minute delay; the person who was setting me up in the loaner was caught off guard too. **** happens, but make sure your computer systems line up with your service department when someone makes an appointment. That’s all I got. Thanks for fixing my Rav.
Mallory was professional, kind and very helpful. I appreciate her communication skills and her understanding of my vehicle. I would love for her to be there again for my next service!
