I called about two weeks ago to schedule an oil change, and to have someone look at an odd substance in the backseat seatbelt. When I came for the oil change, I needed to schedule a separate appt for this week. Surely the first call could have scheduled both.
This is a minor annoyance. But maybe a tinge more training for the receptionist would help. Cars throw more than one problem at a time. If different parts of your shop need to see different problems, which makes a lot of sense, then the receptionist should be able to schedule two views on the first call.
Caleb was very helpful and considerate. I was recently in a an accident with my vehicle and the pressure was off on my tires. He was extremely helpful and thorough and checked all the tires quickly and efficiently because I was between appointments.
Bryce did a very thorough job on my car and was an excellent communicator when I came in to pick it up. She took the time to clarify a note on the inspection and recommend a follow up service that I will absolutely come back to Smart Motors for. I enjoyed working with her through this experience.

I did not feel welcomed. The technician who checked the tire tread and Michelle, the woman who helped me with the loaner vehicle, were friendly and kind. They were the third and fourth people I met. As a customer who just purchased a vehicle from this dealership I expected better.
The service on the vehicle was fine and the service advisor who helped me retrieve my vehicle was helpful. Having worked with East Toyota in the past, I was surprised to have the experience I did.
I don’t care for your new system of service. I don’t like walking outside the bays to get to the waiting room. It’s really unpleasant not to know where your car is after service. Can’t you number the parking spots and assign one? Your staff didn’t know where my car was yesterday so I walked around front and back until I found it. It’s all really poorly done. I’ve written about this before and nothing changes. Its disappointing.
Gregorio kept me informed along the way on the progress of the vehicle and was so nice and friendly to deal with! He is an asset to the Toyota team!
