My feedback is actually for the website: when I booked, I was unaware that the service would take 7+ hours. If I had known I would have arranged for a ride back home (I live in Evansville). Alyssa informed me when I arrived, which I appreciated! But it was too late for me to make other arrangements. Would it be possible to show estimated service times on the website when you book?
Very good communication and follow up. Gave me choices and had me talk with several specialists. Nice job and delivered way ahead of schedule and expectations.
The cabin filter door cover was not put back on the spot where it belonged. We found the cover on the floor when we were back in Waupun. The work on the car was great but I haven’t been able to figure out how that piece fits back into its place. I already called Smart and know that you folks will help me out when I get back to Madison

This isn’t a reflection on Mallory, but it took almost 2 hours to get my car serviced so I wish they would have told me on the phone that the appointment would take this long so I could have made arrangements to drop off my car and not stay and wait.
At my request, Caleb took the time to enter the service data into my service booklet so that I can have the data in one place, instead of sorting through multiple receipts.
Rather than introducing himself right away, I had to ask the check-in person at Bay 3 for his name during the process.

Melissa was my first advisor. She told me the rear brake job would take about two hours. So I waited at SMART rather than run errands with a loaner. The job was not completed until noon, three hours after bringing the car in. Ian quoted me $604.61 on March 5th. Refer to invoice 161199. The bill I got yesterday was for $619.00. What happened?
Joseph was kind and courteous. He checked out things that weren’t necessary for the service but were good due diligence and gave me the option to move forward with those items. Great service with a quick turn around. Thoughtful on the details.

Sean was friendly and direct regarding a filter issue in asking me if I wanted to take care of that as well. I find everyone at Smart Toyota to be friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who checked me in has a great personality also providing great customer service. Along with a great job done, I’ve always felt that great customer service is important. People spend a lot of money on cars and maintenance. They deserve friendly hardworking employees assisting in the process.
