Paul was thorough and explained everything in terms I could understand.
He was professional yet kind.
I had an appointment at 8:00 to help the tires rotated. It took almost 7 hours. That seems to be an unusual amount of time for a relatively simple task.
I was told my license plate bulbs were out so the replaced them but covers were not installed properly so I need to take it back for proper installation
We have had mixed communication about our vehicle’s completion and now we have had no contact from Toyota since Saturday.
Our vehicle is still with the service team.

First of all, I am not Saunders. My name is Terri Taylor. I came in for an oil change and was initially scheduled for 12 noon. Service reps were unable to locate me in the system. They did find my husband’s name in the system but not connected to the initial noon appointment. Fortunately, the appointment was rescheduled for 3pm. When the Technician came to discuss issues with me about my vehicle, he mentioned the battery’s life was low. I shared with him that the battery had been replaced within the year. He checked and confirmed that my vehicle did recently receive a new battery and apologized for the oversight. There were other maintenance recommendations as well. But given what was proposed with the battery, I don’t trust the maintenance advice. Finally, in the past complimentary car washes had been given to customers. But since the car wash had not been working for awhile, complimentary car washes were paused. Not the best service today!
