He was gracious and efficient, and I was in and out in no time. He even adjusted my clock. Couldn’t be more satisfied!
Everything was nearly perfect, my car was cleaned and I really love how my car was treated. In fact, I believe Luis did a wonderful job. The only thing I was disappointed in was I had a USB - C to lightning cable that seems to be missing. I believe it may have been taken out and misplaced. Otherwise I am happy with the service I received

The problems found don’t match how it happened
It took a disappointing amount of time for someone to come out to my car once I arrived and I had made an appointment.
Will at the service desk is lazy- I just went up to ask if you could look up what other maintenance my car would be due for and he referred me to my service technician who would be back in in a moment, but he was doing literally nothing but sitting there and so I press the issue and I said, but you’re not doing anything wouldn’t it be just as easy for you to look it up right now and he begrudgingly did that– he needs a little bit of some readjustment with regards to his idea and customer service because it makes it look like he doesn’t care and he probably didn’t at the moment – this is probably not something you don’t already know about him, but I’m just putting it in there because that’s not what I’m accustomed too.
Sean did a great job. Appreciate the top notch service. He was helpful without making me feel like I was being sold things I didn’t need.

My service ended up being much more expensive than either Joe or I expected. He went out of his way to find me a coupon for my tires and also to tell me about Sunbit financing. Plus, he was cheerful and personable. I enjoyed speaking with him. Joe is a credit to your service department!

Gregario was great, but I am disappointed and frustrated with the lack of support from sales/service regarding my situation.
I just appreciated him listening and understanding my situation. I understood the cost of a possible sensor replacement and also recognized his opinion on changing them all out together. I did tell him that my family has a big budget hit lately with the cold temps and that the sensor bill was not gonna work. He left it at that and worked with me on the tire situation. Gave me a quote that was actually what it ended up being at the end. I know with vehicles there is no telling what will be found on inspection, but man was it nice to leave with just that.
Mallory was so great to work with! She kept me updated and work was done on earlier than expected
