The service was excellent.
Justin is an all-star and I am beyond satisfied with the service I received. He really went to bat for me to get my concerns with our new (to us) vehicle taken care of and I couldn’t be happier! Our company will be back in the future to continue building our fleet knowing we can trust Smart to have our back and Justin to look after us!

With an appointment, it took 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix a recall item.
The waiting room is very nice and I was able to work there during the wait.
I may be interested in trading my vehicle. I just reached 100,000 miles let me know.

It appears that my problem was found.
The people were great but parts should be ordered before the car arrives at the dealership. If I hadn't arranged a loaner car I would have been stuck without my car for 3 days.
No Heat after radiator flush

I waited 1 hour and 30 mins due to someone else named Crystal being called and she paid for my bill the wrong car and no one even asked if I was still waiting. I received a text stating my car was done and waited 20 more minutes before I approached the desk to say something. I do appreciate that my bill was taken care of. I was told it was due to someone being new and didn't confirm information correctly. I do understand that mistakes can happen. I should not have waited that long for an oil change and tire rotation when I made an appointment at noon even with a mistake. I will still use your services as this is the best place to take my vehicle but a focus on training needs to be addressed. No response is needed as resolution was delivered. Thanks
