It appears that my problem was found.
The people were great but parts should be ordered before the car arrives at the dealership. If I hadn't arranged a loaner car I would have been stuck without my car for 3 days.

I waited 1 hour and 30 mins due to someone else named Crystal being called and she paid for my bill the wrong car and no one even asked if I was still waiting. I received a text stating my car was done and waited 20 more minutes before I approached the desk to say something. I do appreciate that my bill was taken care of. I was told it was due to someone being new and didn't confirm information correctly. I do understand that mistakes can happen. I should not have waited that long for an oil change and tire rotation when I made an appointment at noon even with a mistake. I will still use your services as this is the best place to take my vehicle but a focus on training needs to be addressed. No response is needed as resolution was delivered. Thanks

My only comment is after a recall of this magnitude, the frustration of waiting for the repair, hoping the car wasn’t going to breakdown, it would have been nice to run it through the wash.
Just out of warranty, the car has had over $3000 worth of issues. $2000 for a gate step that broke. And now a window frame that broke for another 1000. Not what I would’ve expected for a nearly $70,000 truck.
I wrote to Toyota months ago with zero response. Very disappointing!

I brought my vehicle in for a routine service. But it was determined that there was a puncture in one of the tires. Bryce arranged a rapid and complete repair of the tire in addition to the service I came in for. I was entirely pleased with the experience.
Mellissa was great. She was sympathetic, honest, and did what she could to smooth out my experience. She salvaged a messy situation and kept me from getting too frustrated. Excellent people skills.
