Welcome, always great service with Smart
The only issue I had was that the car washer was not working the day I had my oil change and I wasn't given a rain check for a later day. The car wash is always a welcome post service visit. Even if it wasn't working I should have been given a voucher for a later date when it was back on line.
Service was great - disappointed that your car wash is out of commission. Had to wait 40 minutes at a Kelly Williams facility - longer than my service took at Smart Motors!!

Why did it take over 6 hrs for the work to be done? Why wasn't I at least notified once the work began so that I had some idea of the status? Also curious as to why Smart Motors doesn't promote the additional Goodyear Tire Rebate Redemption that is in effect for certain tires at this time.

I think the service itself is okay but the billing is what I’m worried about. Looking at the amount, I’m wondering if the Service Agreement I signed up for was factored into the billing. So I would like a review of the whole bill.
