Bryce was very competent, professional, and available. He was so easy to work with. Smart should be very happy to have him as an employee.
Not that big of a deal but I waited outside the bay door for a good 5 minutes while people walked around inside. Finally was told that there were no greeters.
When checking out I had a similar experience. Waiting in line while there was a cashier without any customers. I finally moved up and went over to his station to pay.
I also mentioned, as I do at every service visit, that this car lurches/lunges with my foot on the brakes. It feels as if the brakes have given way.
The service was excellent.
Had to come 2 different times to pick up car because wasn’t ready on Tues. had to come back Wednesday. Melissa was wonderful though.

The only frustrating thing was not getting a coupon for later use at the car wash. The guy who checked me out said “when it’s fixed we’ll hand them out like candy”. Well that doesn’t help me when my service was today.
Staff was great. Detail dept used steel wool on the passenger outside of the front windshield leaving many small scratches on the outside of the "skip chip" anti rock chip layer causing the windshield to be hard to look through in sun light as the many small scratches are hard to look through. Service advisor David K inspected damage before I left the dealer. These protective anti chip layers where install by the dealer when new. Hm? Odd that this would take place in the deail dept. at the same dealer?
