This was probably the best service I’ve gotten there. It seems she took care to mitigate my problems of not being able to schedule the two part service due to you being booked/difficult to get in which I was already coming in unhappy about at the start.

Took over an hour for my scheduled oil change to get finished and when it was finished I got a call saying it’ll be done in 10 min. About 10 minutes later I received a text saying that my car was done. I waited another 10 minutes for someone to come get me, after that I figured I’d go to the front desk and see what was the status, I was than met with some rude man ( goatee with with light brown or blonde hair) who acted as if I was wasting his time and told me to just sit done and someone will be with me shortly. Waited about another 45min until I was becoming so frustrated as I kept seeing people that came after be leave. I was than greeted by a nice man (Bill) who immediately checked the file and saw I car has been finished for sometime. I’m honestly more annoyed by the first guy at the desk that acted as if I was annoying him and wasting his time. This situation has made me ask myself why do I even come to Toyota for an oil change when it always takes close to 2 hours! I hate waiting in that loud lobby with loud tv with the worst possible shows on ( would rather read or be on my computer).
I don’t know if I’ll be returning. I’ve had better service, speed, and comfortable setting elsewhere.
I arrived 30 minutes early for a 8:45 appointment, my car was not taken in until 9:15 and finished at 9:40 for a simple tire rotation. My cabin air filter was changed at the 10,000 mile oil change but it was removed and when it was reinstalled the glove compartment contents were just stuffed back in like a complete mess like they were filling a trash can.
Very unprofessional but a least this time they didn’t leave several items on the floor mat under the glove compartment.
Service was excellent. Mallory does a great job.
Eric was friendly, professional and thorough.
Tire pressure lights came on when driving home. We had to check and fill those that were low at the gas station. I called Smart and left a message for Mallory. She never got back to me.
There was noone with time to check out the VSC light that had come on after I made my appt for service, which was done. Was told okay to drive with them on

Clear communication throughout the process. Great level of service. Kept me informed throughout the repair. Answered all questions in a timely fashion.
Paul helped me avoid getting something I didn’t really need or want. I really appreciate his help in that regard.
