Smart Toyota is wonderful! I previously had another brand of car and dreaded taking it to the dealer. It took 45min for both dripping off and picking up. It took many tries to get through to them on the phone, and once my car was returned to me covered in mud (on the inside, too). Smart Toyota has been a breath of fresh air. Every interaction has been easy, straightforward, fast, kind, and professional. Everyone seems to truly go above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. ???????????? Since coming tonight, I've already told 3 people how easy it was! Thank you to the team at Smart Toyota. This is a complete 180 from previous dealers and I truly can't say enough good things!

Please pass on to Toyota Care that if they sell a car to include 2 years of maintenance, no matter how they determine what that amounts to (in my case 2 oil changes with tire rotations and 3 just tire rotations), then I should be able to determine what interval to perform those maintenance requests without it causing me to lose one. They are mine, I paid for them in the price of the car, I should be able to spend them any way I goddamn well please. If I want to get my tires rotated 5 times in 6 months, that’s my own damn business. It’s no skin off Toyotas back to honor it. What a stupid rule and a money grab.

There was some miscommunication with what services were being performed today. My technician came back with a list of recommended services at 100k miles that I was hoping to schedule at a later date in time (since my current mileage was at 90k), which I let him know. We narrowed the list down to two services that would be most likely to be finished within my timeframe and I told him that I would be fine with whatever time permitted. I assumed that meant the two services mentioned at the end of our discussion but I think he took it to mean whatever on the original list he brought would fit, so it was very jarring to go to complete payment at the counter and see a bill much larger than I was expecting.

well, not sure if the previous message went through have no way to look back I requested Service to be checked on the lane assistance that didn’t seem to happen. I’m still having issues. There is a button that controls the motor on or off function that doesn’t work I don’t know what a gold standard car from Toyota is, but it appears that I bought a lemon.
