As good as it gets: it was very competent, on time, fast turn around, timely updates via text with attached docs to review. Text notification when it was done. Super easy and a very good experience.
I was hoping the car would be washed since it spent two days in the shop and I know there is a car wash there. The pickup process was also confusing due to mixed messages received from the online system.
No one told me that the trunk needed to be emptied prior to the appt so the battery was not checked
good morning. the intake specialist was polite and helpful. had different person for exit. he was impatient and borderline rude. a bit condescending. doubtful i will return to smart toyota.

This was the easiest Smart visit I have had. They were on time, checked in with me about questions I might have had and did the job promptly so that wait time was very manageable. And the wait room was not overflowing!

Got in and out quickly. Friendly staff. Need to get your car wash fixed although it was too cold to wash the car today.
Melissa went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly. She even delayed going to lunch to ensure I was about to check out and leave in a timely manner.

Sean was good, but I wanted to bring up that when I got back to my car when it was done, someone had gone into my glove compartment and left things out on the passenger side chair and floor. I don't know what they would have been looking for in there.
To bring up another issue I had the last time I had my car in for a repair, I found something had cut into the dashboard about a foot long. I didn't report it at the time because the car is older and I couldn't prove it was done in the shop, but it wasn't there before. The cut is a good foot long and while I didn't think it would bother me, it does as the car is still in really good condition. With these 2 experiences, I may not be coming in to Smart for service or repair.
