This was the easiest Smart visit I have had. They were on time, checked in with me about questions I might have had and did the job promptly so that wait time was very manageable. And the wait room was not overflowing!

Got in and out quickly. Friendly staff. Need to get your car wash fixed although it was too cold to wash the car today.
Melissa went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was serviced properly. She even delayed going to lunch to ensure I was about to check out and leave in a timely manner.

Sean was good, but I wanted to bring up that when I got back to my car when it was done, someone had gone into my glove compartment and left things out on the passenger side chair and floor. I don't know what they would have been looking for in there.
To bring up another issue I had the last time I had my car in for a repair, I found something had cut into the dashboard about a foot long. I didn't report it at the time because the car is older and I couldn't prove it was done in the shop, but it wasn't there before. The cut is a good foot long and while I didn't think it would bother me, it does as the car is still in really good condition. With these 2 experiences, I may not be coming in to Smart for service or repair.
Melllissa listens intently and makes sure all our concerns are addressed. This the second time we have had her as an advisor and we would rate her 10 out of 10! She explains everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. She’s able to answer any additional questions we have for her. She is a wonderful asset to Toyota. Thanks
In addition to the good service and the printed reports, I appreciate the unexpected courtesy inspection of my car. I depend on my car, so a quick check by an expert eye is reassuring.
Hunter Paul, my service man treated me terrible because I couldn’t afford to pay for services he said I needed done on my car. I also confirmed that I did have a nail in my tire and I asked if it could be removed. He tried to charge me $60 to remove it which is absolutely absurd. After leaving the dealership, I made an appointment with a different place and they removed it for free.
May be interested in RAV hybrid. Sad that Toyota cancelled the Venza.
