My appointment was for 11:45 and was due for a tire rotation. The car was done at 1:15. The entire service area looked very unorganized. When I checked out the person at the front desk didn’t know how to take money and run the computer! If the service department doesn’t improve I’ll have to look at my options for taking my 2 Toyota vehicles elsewhere! I observed others complaining about this problem.
I appreciate you being honest about cracking the rim when you put the tire on.

The service went fine,but the cost of an oil change and tire rotation was exorbitant. Earlier in the day I had the same work done at the Buick dealership for less than half the cost.

1) Based on the assessment, I asked several questions regarding the asymmetric wearing-down of the tires, and the causes for the misalignment. I don't feel I received an adequate answer. 2) Will the technician be able to tell that new tires are needed without the tire rotation? 3) I had the oil change package, which I communicated with the person answering my scheduling call, and to the representative (Mallony), but on my initial bill, the oil change was still there. I am glad I double checked so the charge was taken off in the final bill.

Honestly, the service was very good but the diagnostics and repairs didn't fix the problem. I knew that was a possibility but it's frustrating nonetheless
