Smart is the best dealership and service organization I have ever dealt with. Their work supercedes even Lexus!
Joseph was very helpful & knowledgeable when I asked him questions in regards to tires… When to replace, types offered, etc.
The issue has not been fixed and I paid $250 again just for the issue to not be resolved.

Positive remarks: the staff was friendly, no problems with the loaner car - except for the smell of the interior old egg rolls. When checking in, I was presented with services that were not needed. Told it was recommended my vehicle get an alignment. When I questioned it, Melissa walked over to check a screen up on the wall where it showed my car’s license plate and that my alignment was fine. Taken when I drove into the dock. I was there for a recall on clips for the front bumper. I was told my air bag sensor needed to be checked. That recall item was not on the notice we received. When picking up my car, I was almost hit in the loaner car I was provided, by a staff member pulling out a van while looking at her phone. I had to use the horn to stop her. I then went to get in my car and the back trunk was wide open in the parking lot and my driver’s side seat cover was missing. I went in and let them know. A manager or director came out to check things, I took a picture of my trunk open to show them. I believe the manager’s name was Peter, he told me he would do some investigating, check the cameras and get back to me. I didn’t have any issues when I had our RAV 4. The service seems to have declined. The first or second Toyota service for my 21’ Highlander, nothing was checked in the inspection sheet. I was told that with the first two services, there’s never anything that needs to be checked, fixed, filled. Thinking we may need to check out the East side Toyota.

I wasn’t checked out by David so I don’t think this reflects on him but the invoice I took home didn’t say anything about a part being ordered so I had to text inquiring about it. The invoice he had apparently had the part listed as ordered so no problem but the last page had dollar amounts of $269 which I thought I had to pay if I wanted the part. It should be under warranty.
The system of having vehicles line up can be an issue.
