I wasn’t checked out by David so I don’t think this reflects on him but the invoice I took home didn’t say anything about a part being ordered so I had to text inquiring about it. The invoice he had apparently had the part listed as ordered so no problem but the last page had dollar amounts of $269 which I thought I had to pay if I wanted the part. It should be under warranty.
The system of having vehicles line up can be an issue.

Your shop supply charge of $50 for a dual coolant flush on a RAV4 is total **** and taking advantage of long loyal customers. Just because a market can justify it doesn't mean the new owners should charge it. Customers have plenty of shops to choose from.
