Had a 7:30am appointment for an oil change and was done at 11:15am. Pretty long for an oil change. Plus, I told him no tire rotation because my rear tires are were low on thread and I didn’t want them in the front. I got home and saw that the tires were rotated.
Then we are in the waiting area on hard chairs because of construction going on. Not a good experience.
He was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Worst dealer I havevever visited. 3% on credit card charge? Never seen that from any dealer except this one, with the hourly rate that you charge and being nit picking on CC charge ? The 3% on CC should have been post in the office not at the cashier when final transaction.
No reminder sticker was post on windshield for next service. She gave me a reason that ran out of stickers. Only go with electronic reminder that’s a bull. All new cars has electronic reminder with mileage but for some one like me who drive very little the 6 months period is a reminder
Car was returned not wash.

Everything was great. Great customer service
It’s not anybody’s fault. There was just construction, and the driveway was full of people who weren’t getting service and were maybe lost and had parked their cars in the driveway was just a disaster. But the service and my service technician and the job they did everything was perfect.
I was disappointed that I had to pay new hoses and everything when Hyundai knew the engine issue was a known problem. The hoses and belts belts should have been included because the engine issue is the reason I had to pay for their replacement. Otherwise, Matt was great.
Julio was very helpful with my service. Explained the process of my service and made my service easy.
