Wish the employee who washed my car didn't back it into things to scratch my bumper up. Also wish there was someone guiding people where to park or to go when arriving there. Understand there is construction going on.

I've been bringing my car here for service since I bought it, based on recommendations for their great service, but recent experiences have been frustrating. On 09/29/24, I reported a peeling part on the passenger door to technician Kevin, who ordered a replacement. I followed up several times, and on 11/14 was told the part had never arrived, but a rush order was placed. The part arrived on 11/15, and the appointment was set for 11/18. When I dropped off the car, Matt was supposed to help but left early. I called, and Paulina told me no one had worked on the car. I was promised the car would be finished the next morning, and had to spend $100 on an Uber both ways because I live in Montebello. On 11/19, I was told it would be done by the end of the day. Kevin helped with the update, but the part was damaged. After waiting for the replacement part, I got it replaced on 12/30.
The second incident happened on 2/8/25. Despite construction, I had a good experience with Joey, but after picking up the car, the 12v battery warning appeared. The car shut down, and I discovered the battery caps and windshield cap weren't properly closed. After a jump, it worked, but on 2/12, I received another warning: "Check electric vehicle system." I paid $600 for this service, and it seems nothing was properly checked. While Kevin and Joey have been great, the service from Matt, Paulina, and other technicians has been disappointing. I hope things improve.
This is my second time having to return my car for service due to errors found on my vehicle after being serviced. Long wait time for vehicle to be ready.
What a pleasure to have had Joseph Flores as my Service Manager. So easy, knowledgeable and yet professional. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure my vehicle and I were well taken care of.
