I had a 7:00 appointment so I was 1st in the queue. The service technician was friendly and helpful and provided me with updates. I was also glad to hear that you would be able to provide UBER to my home if needed. But, since the 2 recall repairs were done quickly, there was no need for that today.
Excellent service. The car was repaired in good time. Cardinale staff are really good!

I have been saying the same things about the defective molding for 3 times now. No one is listening. The irritating wind noise is getting worse. Also the dealership needs to improve on follow up. It's 4 weeks and I had to buy the dealer package I order to get this deal but as of now, 4 of the 5 items are not completed.
Tires were not rotated
Wiper fluid reservoir is empty but i was charge for fluid
Which leads me to question what all was done if anything.
Also when I Checked in for my 1:00 appointment
I was going to go home and return when called
I was told it would not be long
4 hours later I was asking if my vehicle would be ready anytime soon
I was told it was ready to go
That’s when I immediately noticed tires had not been rotated Wiper fluid
When I got home I was wondering what all had been done I looked at invoice and noticed the other charges.
I have no confidence at this point that anything was done other then waste four hours of my Saturday
I waited almost 4 hours for a simple oil change that should’ve been just an hour. After calling beforehand. I take medication and unable to be in a place for longer than 2 hours. I was stranded I had no one to pick me up. This is unfair. They also offered to upsell me and could get me out half that time including the oil change. How is that possible seems unreal.
So far I am fully satisfied the service with the first visit ????
Steven provided a five star service during my visit. The whole process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend him and this location for services needed.

I really appreciate how Joey is very informative, explains everything and accommodating to the needs. He's done a great job, I live about an hour away but travel to always get my maintenance here because of his costumer service
