Todo bien con el servicio, este nomás tengo un problema, me maltrataron un poco mi carro, la funda del volante lo rompieron y también este estrellaron la jaladera del cofre Todo bien yo pienso que tiene que tener un poco de cuidado con los carros de los clientes porque los clientes llevan los carros arreglar no a que se los maltraten. Tengan más cuidado en eso, ya sea con el mecánico o con el que trae los carro

Excellent customer service! Thoroughly explained what services were being done. There was also a recall item which required me to leave my vehicle overnight - no problem as I was provided with a loaner car. My vehicle was shiny and clean when I picked it up. Steven is 5 stars; courteous, professional.

Oil light was on when car was taken in.Car should have been inspected correctly the first time. Had to go back again to be told it was the sensor. Should have been told that from the get ho if the car would have been checked correctly.Then to make matters worse I was over charged for labor. $200.00 per hr. It took one hour for labor and instead of being charged the $200 charged $600.00 I am going to dispute these charges. I am willing to pay but what is fair for 1 hour of labor

There is a rattling sound left behind in trunk that was not there before taking it in for service, it's really annoying and a blatant mistake. It's complete negligence because the workers had to close the trunk and hear it before giving back the keys to the vehicle. Also the car was down for at least 90 minutes before I was told it was done with service and I wasn't notified until inquiring about it after 4 hours which was the absolute end of the estimated time. Completely unprofessional by the person handling this situation.

First of all, there’s not enough dealerships around to take in all the needed service. The advisors are overwhelmed with too much work.You need to hire more help and more advisors.There needs to be better communication. The phone lines are overwhelmed and no one answers the customers back. Late messages don’t work or texts. When I call about my car, I want advisor to talk to me. Every time I call no advisor picks up and their messages are full. My car was filthy when I picked it up, looked like it was in a dirt lot for days. The complementary Auto wash has been out of service for over a year. In fact, I’ve never had my car clean there since I got my car in 2023. Advisors are nice and courteous and helpful, but the work is piled up and it takes too long to get your car fixed. I also didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any complementary car shuttle or car rental . Sounds like there’s a problem with the service manager or the owner. But something needs to be done or your gonna lose your customers and business!
