Daniel was very courteous. But when I called back to add a oil change to the service while the car was in the shop, there was no response and I left at least 2 voice messages, plus 3 times I told the person who answered my phone to tell Dani that I wanted to add the oil change. And to ask him to call me back to confirm. But I never got the callback. At about 4:40pm when u thought the shop would close at 5 (later I found the shop closes at 6) I asked how would I get my car back, did I get a call from him saying they would start the oil change. I brought the car in at 10:30 and was told the issues I had with it would have taken no more than 2-3 hours. I planned my day that way. In the end, what I was told was true because they weren’t able to recreate any of the 3 problems. It woulda take not the entire day to change oil and even if the shop had to make their own schedules, Dani coulda let me know that so that I could make better plan if my day. This is the kind of manage that would not incur cost on your side but would save lots of resources and chaos on the side of your customers. It’s very unfortunate that that wasn’t the case. On top of that, what you charged for oil change plus tire rotation was $49-60 more than the market price. So as of now, I am not planning to bring my car back to your shop for future services.

My friend brought my car in for my and right away she was told to leave the car for the entire day. This created stress for my friend since our appointment was for 10:00 am and we were not told ahead of time about this requirement, plus my friend had to get to an appointment by 1:00 pm. But I was very please that George the manager made sure the recall work on my car was completed by 12 noon. I appreciated this.

Daniel was great and did his very best, but it is clear that this service center is understaffed leading to insane delays (2.5 months scheduling for a recall), and crazy delays when showing up the day of the appointment.

Elizabeth was amazing! That said, the service center over all was pretty chaotic and most customers seemed very unhappy. Also, the signage outside on where to go, where to leave your car, etc. was really bad.

Sherri’s service was great. I was disappointed with the wash and vacuum. Only the front seats were vacuumed and the rest of the vehicle had not been vacuumed. Please don’t let this survey impact Sherri. She was amazing, professional and worked really hard . Thank you
