Sherry was wonderful. I am always happy with the service at Hyundai. Only one issue was the link in the email to sign up for service does not seem to be working correctly because it says someone will contact you and no one ever did. I got my appointment by calling directly.
But the service was excellent and I will be back.
Hi Hyundai Service team, you promised to get back regarding the Hyundai Sonata 2022 Sel, warped rotor issue, regarding when we can bring back our vehicle. We were told you will be in touch by December 16th at the latest. I was hoping you can help me fix the rotor issue soon? As it's unsafe riding a vehicle with improper brakes and rotors. After repeated contact to your reception, I am unable to reach the service manager.

I was SHOCKED how fast and how complete the service was. Makes me want to buy another vehicle from San Bruno Hyundai. My only bit of criticism would be how disorganized the process appears from outside. Some type of organization outside would speak volumes.

Dan, the agent that helped me in San Bruno, was exceptional.
Sherry is terrible. I came due to an error message and when researching online it seems unsafe to continue driving. Her response was they were booked out for weeks so “I don’t know what you want me to do”. I told her I didn’t mind having the car there if I could get a loaner. Again she said no loaners and there was nothing she could do. I asked her what I should do, if I should drive home. Her mechanic told her absolutely not to drive on the car and again she offered or provided no solutions. She said you could speak to my manager and simply pointed to his desk, no introduction, didn’t provide him any context to our conversation. She is absolutely terrible

Sherry was very helpful and a credit to your service dept. Would recommend clearer checkin procedure. After parking car, not sure what to do. So walked in the service dept. No one greeted. No clear sign to wait or speak to someone. Was told to wait by someone, but no clear rhyme or reason for who my service advisor would be. Eventually asked Sherry for help and the rest was smooth sailing.
Sherry was superb in attending to my Kona vehicle maintenance checkup.
