Because the service department was short-handed on the day of my appointment, I was offered the opportunity to reschedule. It seems that offer would have been a more practical solution if made by phone/text prior to me diving to the dealership for an 11:00 am appointment.

Daniel was a consummate professional. He helped ensure that my car maintenance and recall were done in a timely manner. He communicated with me throughout the day about updates. I arrived early and was helped exactly at the time of my appointment, the staff handled the heavy appointment load very well. Car was ready when promised, communication was excellent (over text) and car was returned clean and vacuumed. Very good!
