I would not recommend Hyundai dealership in San Bruno to anyone I know, your staff needs to understand the meaning of communication, I'm totally disappointed
While the Service Writer was very prompt and professional- I found that when looking in my trunk later that day, that my tire repair kit was left sitting out and open! It was obviously inspected but whoever did the job neglected to put it back where it belonged. Other than that the Service visit went smoothly.
Sherry Pandora was an excellent rep.
The problem is with management. When I first called up to schedule my initial service, I had to wait a month and a half to get an appointment. When I brought my vehicle in for service I had an issue I needed to be resolved. I was told only minimal service was offered on Saturdays and that my problem may not be addressed. Sherry to her credit did resolve ky issue.
Management needs to do better with communication and maybe staff up.

Lawrence was good, but I have never seen a more unorganized service department before. And I worked at a car dealership for over 25 years. I brought my car in for a recall a few months ago. I waited 2 hours only to find out they didn’t have the part. And I have many other issues with this place.
Danny was professional and laser focused on orchestrating the work in the shop to complete the diagnostic and maintenance services on my wife’s Hyundai Elantra. On a job that originally had a two day turn around time, Danny’s resourcefulness enabled the shop to do the work and get me back on the road on the same day. We couldn’t be more pleased.
