Lawrence and Don were the best. They worked well as a team to ensure the customer’s needs were met. It was well worth the drive from the North Bay to get service for my GV60, since Manly Santa Rosa ceased servicing the Genesis brand.

I dropped by car off due to leaking issues from the sun roof / windshield area on 2/6. My car had accumulated water in the cup holder. The car was supposed to be in the shop for about a week, then my partner was going to pick it up around 2/17. It ended up being closer to 2+ weeks. We called multiple times and left multiple voicemails before hearing anything about the car. We should have been told about its status well before the 28th when it was picked up. Then, when the car was picked up, one of the handles above the back passenger door was just off, sitting on the back seat. A thorough inspection should have caught that. I’m honestly not convinced a comprehensive review was conducted. I’ve had a couple bad experiences with your service shop at this point. Lack of communication, not following through, always having “system issues” and confusing my car with other vehicles. These mistakes cost hours out of our day, and have become a real inconvenience and annoyance. I don’t know if I’ll bring my car back to your dealership, although I don’t have many alternatives living in SF.

I was told no rental cars were available and that they were booked out 30 days for them. When I made the appointment, it would have been nice to learn that a rental car would not be available.
