However, I couldn’t help but feel concerned that only the two of them were handling the entire Genesis section. I saw firsthand how tirelessly they worked, without a single free moment. It’s an incredibly demanding job, and their dedication deserves either a significant bonus or additional staff to help manage the overwhelming stream of clients. Lawrence and Doug are some of the most hardworking and passionate employees I’ve ever seen at a dealership. Their commitment is truly commendable!

I recently purchased this car and had some issues already. I tried going to another dealership and had terrible service. Luckily genesis of San Bruno was recommended and I had a great experience with George. He’s one of the best service advisors I’ve worked with!
I am deeply dissatisfied with the service I received during my recent visit. Enduring a nearly five-hour wait in the waiting area was excruciating, especially after anticipating this appointment for two months. The prolonged inability to fully utilize my car’s capabilities has been frustrating, and I expected a thorough check-up and necessary updates during this service.
Instead, I was left feeling excluded and uninformed about the status of my vehicle, with no communication regarding the mechanics’ activities or an estimated completion time. To make matters worse, at the end of the service, I was merely told the same information I had provided upon arrival concerning the faulty trunk lock.
The inconsistency in information from different staff members is infuriating. The so-called “Premium auto-service package” appears meaningless, offering no guarantee of a loaner car or valet service. When scheduling the appointment, I was informed that valet service was exclusively for maintenance check-ups. Upon arrival, I was told it was only for “serious” issues, and later discovered it was limited to a 12-mile radius from the service center—rendering it unavailable from both the San Bruno and Stevens Creek locations.
I was promised a loaner car on a “first come, first serve” basis. Despite being the third person to arrive with a registered appointment, I was told all loaners were already taken. Later, I learned that requesting a loaner should have been done during the appointment scheduling—a detail the representative failed to mention.
While Lawrence was courteous and communicative, the senior staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, displaying attitudes and discussing clients within earshot of those in the waiting area. The environment was far from pleasant for waiting customers. I appreciate the vehicle itself, but the service experience has been nothing short of agonizing, causing significant disruptions to my work schedule.

New here in northern california and my first time getting my car service since I been here. I am so happy that Lawerence and Doug assisted me with my vehicle. My headunit needed to be rest and they took care of that. Also Doug showed me my manual key which no one ever showed me before. It didnt seem as if they were just being nice to get a review seemed to like they love what they do and its just in their nature to provide good service and I appreciated that.
The service provided by Mr. Lawrence Lee was excellent. My only issue was the 33 minute wait for a scheduled appointment.
