I definitely am pleased with the high level of service received from Elizabeth and her team. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome, cared for right away and all my service needs were met. We made an appointment for 11am several weeks in advance stating we'd wait for the oil change to be performed. After 2 hours of waiting, nobody even started to work on our car until we asked about it. This was a complete and total waste of a day. It should NOT take 4 hours for an oil change when you have an appointment. We were not the only people experiencing the chaos that happened in the service department today, and I will be calling Genesis customer care. Also, I will be leaving a one star Google Maps review.

Larry was pleasant, efficient and courteous. He got me in the que, kept me informed and had the paperwork ready when it was time to check out. Waiting room pleasant. First experience with Genesis service was a very good one.
