-Car was late and I didn’t receive any communication from my service advisor about it. Service advisor was extremely difficult to get ahold of over the phone to get any updates
Lawrence provided excellent customer service by having a positive attitude and communicating where we were in the process of repairing the vehicle all along the way. Though there was a delay he made every effort to get the car back to us as quickly as possible. Getting customers to come to the dealership is one thing, but keeping them happy is another. Having employees like Lawrence as well as the general manager who went above and beyond is what will make San Bruno Genesis the location for my next purchase.
Everything was good with service despite being understaffed due to employees being out sick. Only complaint was that car was supposed to be washed (and they offered to see if they could buff out a scratch) but car was clearly still dirty when they said otherwise.

Bird **** was on window and car as well dar was left outside dirty . There were grease spots on door handle inside
Looks like the service employees took my car out for their personal use. And there’s a scratch on the lower side of the driver’s side passenger door. My suspicion that probably 3 employees were in my car is because 1 back passenger seat was raised when I always have it flattened to make space for cargo for my business.
Lawrence Lee was both professional and extremely helpful in facilitating our first maintenance appointment. We very much prefer to have Lawrence handle all future appointments in the service department. Please tell Lawrence thank you very much for his assistance

Literally a dozen text, calls, VM with no response over 10 days. I love the vehicle but will unlikely commit to another Genesis next year because of the unacceptable, unprofessional, poorly run service department. What’s worse despite the quality of the vehicle, in good conscience I cannot recommend it to anyone. My physician colleagues are your target audience.

I was dismayed that the texts misidentified our vehicle. We did appreciate the many levels of communication. No loaner car was left despite my request at the time of booking. Service was on time.
