My vehicle was completed in a timely manner. I also liked that she took the time make sure I knew where the waiting area was. I also saw her show another customer where that area was. To me little details like that go a long way for customer service.

Because when I was in last week I asked them to check my alternator in battery to make sure that it was good because my lights were flickering on and off and they said that replacing this throttle adjuster would take care of it I had the part replaced this morning I don't think the alternator was checked and my lights are still going off and on

Not satisfied at all with initial results of dropping truck off to get looked at. Truck was never looked at and didn’t receive call until 3:23 p.m. to inform me truck was never looked at and was ready for pickup. I received a call from Brent who heard about my issue, the result of that conversation I am 100% satisfied with.

I've known Randol from another dealership we both worked for. He is a passionate guy & takes care of his customers. The only reason I brought my vehicle to him is cause I knew he and Pettus would get the job done hassel free. Great customer service, he called me every step to let me know what was what.
