It was very frustrating waiting for the warranty company to approve these repairs. But Melissa tried to keep me informed as much as possible as to what was going on.. I appreciate the fact that she was able to provide me a loaner car during most of that time. She also thoroughly explained everything that was done to my car and made sure I understood it all.

Service was great. It was a very cold morning and when I got there Melissa just verified I had an appointment then walked me into the lobby so I didn't have to stand in the cold while she checked my truck in. I thought that was very nice of her.
