Everything was good and I appreciated them dropping the car off at my home. The only issue was the battery cover was left off and was hanging out where it could have been broken. Otherwise all was good.

Was told the job would take 3 hours to complete but I was there from 8AM to 2PM. I brought my vehicle there because of the service that I got on previous occasions but the service today was no better today than what I got from other dealers closer to home. I drove 40 miles a little over an hour to sit for 6 hours. If I had known this I would have taken it to the dealer 10 minutes from my house.

Lizzy was very easy to talk to and helped me with any questions or concerns I had. I was happy with how fast the service was on my truck. You guys were short handed and the tech was busy with other vehicles and still got my truck fixed and back to me before the next work week. So I am super happy with the team for getting my vehicle back on the road, thank you so much and I will definitely bring it back when it needs fixed.

Received text and 4pm to pay bill and did so. My daughter went to leave work and her car wasn’t brought back. Call Pettus and Tracey advised service is gone for the day. Tracey reached out to the service manager and was advised bill was paid late so car not brought back. No one called, nothing. My daughter had to find a ride home from work. Very dissatisfied
