I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Nick Vargo and his team. They were incredibly accommodating, especially when I requested additional work on my 2000 Excursion at the last minute. They were able to fit it into their schedule, which I greatly appreciated. However, I have some concerns regarding the payment process. When I went to pay for the service, I was given the option of using a credit card or a debit card. I prefer not to use my debit card for purchases, as I consider it less secure than a credit card. While I understand that credit card transaction fees are a business tax deduction, it appears that Pettus is passing these costs on to the customer in the form of a 3% surcharge on all service work. This is on top of what I already consider to be premium pricing for the services. Because of this surcharge, I will be reevaluating my relationship with Pettus. Gary W

Top notch communication and service. I loved the ability to communicate by text message and the pickup and drop off service. Both truly are stand out services that put Pettus ahead of other dealers in terms of customer satisfaction. All the service people I texted with were also very friendly, informative, and respectful. I look forward to having my vehicle serviced by Pettus DeSoto again.
