Kate went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. Kate handled my situation with empathy; I left the store knowing my car was in good hands and that they would find and fix the issue. This is the second time I called to check if my car was done. When I got to my car the home screen was all changed who has the right to go in my car and change things. I thought my car was getting transported to get the undercoating. I believe it was driven without refilling the gas tank. If I get a loaner I am expected to refuel. But again your staff should NEVER touch personal items or change settings on car.

I always get great service at Eden Prairie Nissan and Jayc was on top of everything. I didn't have my phone with me today (it got left behind!!!) so when the tech texted my inspection report, I didn't see it right away. I waited longer than normal, probably because of that situation. When I went to ask Jayc about my vehicle, she resolved all the paperwork and got the process going again right away.
John Oetter, was phenomenal, not only with communication,but consistency. I did not feel pressured into anything and that's big!!
