Ray is the best employee you have
I was told a PA inspection would take approximately 45 min. This inspection service appointment took 1 hour 45 minutes. The service department should’ve called me to tell me they were running late. I ended up having to have a Teams customer meeting in one of the cubicles on the showroom floor. The background noise was very distracting. I will never use McCandless Ford in Meadville again for a PA inspection appointment. You lost my business with your disrespect of my time. Get it fixed before you lose more customers!
