Very friendly, polite, professional take time to explain what service needs to be done before doing it. He do not pressure you and he explain what need to be checked next .He makes you want to bring your car to Toyota for the courtesy that he provide. He is an excellent employee and asset to your company he goes over and above for the customers

We were lied to by a dealership in Daytona Florida, who told us that we had lifetime oil changes and a full warranty on our vehicle. Turns out we were lied to. When your staff let us know about the issue, nothing was done to rectify it. So at this point Toyota has lost a customer.

Thank you for always making my car service experience a good one. I would like to make a suggestion. I think it would be a great idea that the service techs utilize disposable seat covers when inside of customers vehicle's.
