Unfortunately this service experience was less than expected. I have experienced better service in the past however there must be some turnover happening and the new people are not at the same level of customer service I have been accustomed to.
I made an appointment for 12/19/24 at 9am. The appointment was confirmed the previous day via phone call. I arrived and handed over my keys told them i would wait in the waiting area since it was only scheduled to take about an hour and half. After 4 hours of waiting an associate finally came to me and asked me if my appointment was today or Saturday. They said they had no appointment scheduled and the guy who was supposed to service my vehicle never showed up. I wasted 4 valuable hours of my day sitting in the waiting area for nothing at all. Terrible service

Best service from any dealer and I have been to 3 others within 75 miles. The 3rd party texting service is a waste of your money as they are useless. I call direct so I can get a same day reply. Save you money!

I am sure that they checked the battery, but everything had to be reset after my service today. I was driving around without headlights, because I always leave them on auto. Everyone was flashing me and I didn't know why lol! I had no headlights on.
They kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle.

I have said before and will reiterate I bought my second Highlander from you for 2 reasons. 1- It’s a good car. 2- Big Steve and Sherie in your Service Department are straight up with people. Tell you what you need- don’t sell you what you don’t. In today’s world, that means alot.
Nathan was absolutely wonderful! He eas kind nice,and very helpful! He makes coming there a very pleasant experience. Steve also is very good. Always takes good care of me. Thanks. Also the lady that rang me out. She also been there a while she does a great job!
