Sean **** checked me quickly and effectively. My tire rotation was completed within 30 minutes and Sean gave me the results of how much grip remains on the tires and ensured that my air pressure in the tires was adjusted for this colder weather.

Sean **** was nice and had answered many of my question prior to service when dropping vehicle off. Tried the old up sell on brake fluid prior to my wait. After my full service oil change service, I was not given the tire rotation I paid for. Dealer said because my tires were bald. Tires have 40k on them?? Maybe low tread because bad tires Toyota sells out of factory, but if I pay for a service, do it. Then I had an attempt to up sell the same exact brand of tire for $1,500. Wow. Just wow, $1,500 for 40k mile tires. No thanks! Secondly, I was not offered the discount of service that I had seen on website for dealership at 69.95, I paid 88.90. They made me feel uncomfortable asking for the lower advertised rate, saying it was only $2 difference. I did some math after the fact… that a heck of a lot of taxation!?! Almost 20$ in tax. And an again didn’t get the tires rotated. That’s Last time I go to Toyota of Bourbonais, IL.

I brought my car in on Thursday for a tire with a slow leak. A new tire was ordered. I was told it would arrive Friday at 10. When I arrived the tire was not there and wouldn’t be there until around 1. I was already delayed going out of town so I made an appointment. Today the tire was plugged and not replaced. Why wasn’t that done in the first place? This caused my family a lot of coordination and changing of plans when the issue could have been resolved at the initial visit.
