I was told it had been in an accident and it was our of line so my bumper will pop out again. They were very nice and helpful but I was not told about this issue when I bought the car. Sales just kept telling me to drive the car for a couple of years then try to trade it in. So for 2 years I have to drive a car I hate just waiting for the bumper to fall off. I felt trapped into getting this car a Yaris when the state of my mind was in such a mess. My cousin died in June my goddaughter was killed in July and my apartment building was sold and my rent went up $200. I had 4 people around me and I was about to panic because I am cloister phobic. I needed someone to tell me to go home and take some time to think about this. No one said that. I traded in a RAV4 which I loved. It was a 2021. This Yaris is a 2016 and they over charged me for it. I’m not happy with Toyota and will probably go somewhere else in the future.

Service was great,but very expensive for just an oil change, over a $150 for just an oil change on a 2004 Cadillac CTS-V.

It took over 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation. I would have appreciated it if someone had kept me informed of what was taking so long. Nathan was very apologetic and was extremely nice, though, but I never knew what the problem was.
The dealership is by far a 1star. Brought car in for a warranty exchange and made it extremely painful to transact. Go car back in poor condition. Have a knock code now since someone aggravated the air intake housing box near the battery housing now I have to fix it. Nothing but attitude but always want to charge big bucks for extremely poor. Steve aggressive will gas light you and insult tour intelligence first time he gets. Relationship is over.ihave the internet and people who actually know cars just don't have all the equipment.your mechanics that you hired whether family friends or from Kcc are messing up cars left to right. That should never happen At the dealership that is same make as your car.worst experiences ever.
