I had an appointment to drop my car off to fix the gas tank. A rental car was made available to me to take when I arrived cuz I had to go back to work. Well neither the appointment could go forward nor the rental of the car to leave it while I was at work. So nothing happened. I have rescheduled my appointment for a month from now when I will be off of work for a week. I would say that this young man needs to learn how to address customers in a positive manner and not treat them like they're invisible where the while they are listening to a conversation that includes their time and that they will not get their service done that day. I have been a long-term customer of this particular Toyota branch in Bourbonnais Illinois for no I don't know 15 years. I have never been this disappointed in all those years. Overall I would say he was very nice but dismissive. The lady who was in charge of appointments tried to explain to him what was promised me that day and he kept saying oh we can't do that we can't do that we can't do that.. well she the lady who did the scheduling went out of her way to try and make something fit for me. I am sure one day this young man will be an aspiring manager but he needs a little work on his customer service. I am sorry I'm writing this letter but I feel the need because nothing got done yesterday even though I drove 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back nothing happened to my car at all

Toni was great but I got there a few minutes early of my oil changed appointment, had a coffee, used the restroom, and 20 minutes later went outside to see the lot and there was my vehicle in the rear parking area. Perhaps a number of other cars took longer but no one came to tell me it was going to be delayed . Everything else was fine. It was at least an hour but could have been half that.
