I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire alignment. They said the total would be 260. Without my knowledge they installed a new oil cap assembly and charged an extra 108. Terrible customer communication. Never going to a delership for car service ever again. I advise you do the same

I've been doing business there for over 20 years and I can't think of nowhere else to go that is straight up professional to the point and explains things that we may not understand. Steve in the service department always has done me right always and I've always respected him from the beginning and the gentleman that helped me with my extended warranty was absolutely wonderful and all of them are so great all of them and they all have different jobs and they kind of work together which is wonderful what team players Toyota David Bruce is.
