Not sure what service I received. The reminder tag on the windshield said next change in 3 months or 5000 miles. I specifically asked for a 10,000 mile oil change which I've had since buying the vehicle. I believe I paid for the expensive oil change and got decieved by a incompetent service provider.

Unfortunately this service experience was less than expected. I have experienced better service in the past however there must be some turnover happening and the new people are not at the same level of customer service I have been accustomed to.

I made an appointment for 12/19/24 at 9am. The appointment was confirmed the previous day via phone call. I arrived and handed over my keys told them i would wait in the waiting area since it was only scheduled to take about an hour and half. After 4 hours of waiting an associate finally came to me and asked me if my appointment was today or Saturday. They said they had no appointment scheduled and the guy who was supposed to service my vehicle never showed up. I wasted 4 valuable hours of my day sitting in the waiting area for nothing at all. Terrible service
