The check in was not clear to both of us concerning the tablet signature page and payment obligations (thumbs up) for diagnoses. Jean only signed it thinking it was a chain of custody form and did not review the costs. I was speaking with Robert about the problems. I did not see the costs until reviewing documents on your portal later in the day. When we left the check in, the agreement was that we'd be called. There's was no mention that the Renaldo "portal" would be the main communication tool and the way documents would be given to us. Getting a response back on SMS portal on Friday and Monday did not happen and phones calls on Friday to the service rep took a long time. On Friday we were told our car wasn't in the system. The polite rep finally said the mechanic left for the day. And we finally spoke with Robert, he explained what the diagnoses were but also added that the reports on the portal were not working. When I tried to communicate all of these concerns to Robert on Monday, he got defensive, and the conversation degraded from there. We're reluctant to come back. A couple of years, you all replaced an entire engine for the CRV and the communication and clarity were fine then. No portal mishaps, calls with reps and mechanics were responsive, etc. If the sms is to be used in the portal as the main communication tool to clients, explanation and timely use of it needs to be done.

Robert was friendly and thorough from the time I scheduled my appointment until I checked out. I appreciate his patience in explaining the work that was done as well as the work that needs to be done to keep my Honda CRV in top condition.
