It would be helpful if you updated the carfax with the maintenance done. Other Honda dealerships do this and it ensure accurate reporting.

The mileage on my car when I arrived was 189,180 (approximately). The the sticker you'll put on my car to be serviced next says 187,000 miles. The mileage in and mileage out on the paperwork for this service was the same as the mileage stated for the last time I was there in Sept. 2024. I called to speak with someone about this obvious " copy and paste," to no avail. My paperwork states that your service department is open until 5pm on Saturdays, but when I called a salesman told me it was only open until 1pm.
